Terms of Service
Upon posting my artwork anywhere, you must include credit to me.
With credit to you, I retain the rights to showcase all my artwork online or for portfolios unless you request otherwise.
My commissions are for personal use unless specified otherwise and discussed with me.
I am allowed to decline any commissions, either due to my personal scheduling or the content of the commission.
A discussed deposit fee will be required to be on my waitlist. This deposit is only here to ensure that someone is serious about getting a commission from me. The deposit will count towards your commission's cost, or be returned if necessary.
I will notify you of your approximate wait time and completion rate for the product. If you wish for priority or need your commission by a certain date, there will be a rush fee.
All prices are only approximations and are subject to change depending on complexity of the commission.
If revision requests exceed what is initially expected from a project, I may add additional fees to complete the changes to your illustration.
After a total price has been determined for your project, 50% of the payment must be received as a deposit before I can begin working on your commission. Other specialized payment plans or exceptions must be discussed with me.
Payment must be made within 48 hours unless stated otherwise. If payment is not made within this time, you forfeit your priority spot on my waiting list.
Your commission will be provided in a full resolution digital file. You may request a different resolution if desired.
Refund Policy and Cancellations
Once I've begun making your art, full refunds will never be accepted. A partial refund will be decided by me based on the time spent on the project.
If the artwork has not been started, you are free to cancel the commission. If you request art from me and unexpectedly cancel multiple times, I may block you from my future commission list.
If the artwork has been started and either you or I become uncomfortable with proceeding on the commission, I will be paid for the time spent previous to cancellation. If you have already paid in full, a partial refund will be decided by me based on the time spent on the project.
If the artwork is discovered to be a potential infringement of copyright law, I may cancel the commission, in which I still will be paid for my time.
If your art has not been completed within 3 months of time after payment, you may ask for a full refund and receive any portions of your product I have created.
If I become unable to complete your project midway through creation, a partial refund will be decided by me based on the time spent creating the product.
If you are not satisfied with your finished product, I will do my best to correct any disliked details and assist you. Unless discussed by me first, there will be no refund.
Commercial Use Commissions
"Commercial use" commissions are for when you intent to use my artwork for some form of profiting. You are purchasing the rights to use my artwork for selling your products or for promoting your business. This includes examples such as; Youtube/Twitch banners, game/streaming assets, cover illustrations, promotional artwork, and physical merchandise.A 150% increase of the base price is for artwork that is not the bulk of your main product. Examples are Youtube/Twitch banners, promotional artwork, CD covers, or streaming/game assets, etc.A 300% increase of the base price is for artwork that is the bulk of your main product. Examples are t-shirts, body pillows, keychains, posters, stickers, illustrated covers, etc.Please note that you may make products of any art I create so long as it is for PERSONAL, non-commercial use! For example: you may print a poster of your commission for decoration of your home if that makes you happy, thank you!
Basic Process
After commission details have been fully discussed, I will send you a Paypal invoice for payment. This must be paid before I can begin working on your commission. Any exceptions must be discussed.You will first receive a sketch of your artwork from me. During this step, any desired edits that will alter the artwork must be discussed and completed on my part. Please let me know if I have made any mistakes or if I haven't captured the character as you envisioned; it is your role to ensure all essential details are described to me. Additional fees may be added to your cost if there are constant or extreme edits that need to be made, such as full pose changes or entirely new outfits. Once you are pleased with your sketch, I will proceed in completing your product. You are allowed progress shots during this time by your request.Lastly, I will provide you a sample picture of your final product. Only minor edits can be made in this stage, such as slight color changes or details I may have missed. Upon satisfaction being expressed by you, you'll receive a full resolution file for your use. Any remaining payments must be made during this last step before a product can be provided to you.If you have any further questions, please give me a message!

Character Design
Simple Concept Art (single view): $450
Advanced Concept Art (side/back views, descriptions): $1250
Animal Concept Art (single view, descriptions, expressions): $450
Clients may be sent a form to fill out upon showing interest in concept art. Depending on your preference for minimalist or complicated designs, prices will fluctuate accordingly.
Vtuber Model
All models come with 3 free expressions + blush free.
Expressions include stickers (example: heart eyes, eye sparkles, tears etc) and Expression references (example: a sad face with lowered ears, angry eyes and open mouth)
Extra expressions are +$50.
Extra arms and hands can be discussed. Expect +$50 - $150 each
Other additional parts may add an extra fee to your total.I do not provide rigging. You will be given the psd parts to your model. Seek a Live2D rigger for proper animation of your model.

All digital illustrations come with a simple background free.
Complex backgrounds (example: forests, cities, rooms etc) must be discussed before a price is decided.
